Changes that took place today. August 30, 2010
I added a link on the home page to my brother's website for mudjacking.
I changed some text on the "My Work" page and added a page called
"My Home Projects"
I am adding blank pages for "My Home Projects" and "My Work"
Blank Pages under My Work are printed in ALL Capital letters.
Tomorrow I will begin uploading pictures to their respectful pages 8/31/10.
In a mere 2 weeks I am already up to 83 visitors with 232 views. Keep in mind that before I lost my site I was averaging 600 hits a month. :) John
Today's changes were extensive. August 31, 2010
I added a lot of pictures to most of the new pages. In some I just added a before and after or just a few after shots. Some I didn't add any text to, but at least there are pictures to see.
The most complete pages are the Attic Reinsulation page and the Animal coop ... just because the coop one was pretty simple.
The Court Bench pics before and after show an impressive change.
My Home projects have a few pics to stir some interest.
A kitchen job has 3 finished pics.
The O V Kitchen needs more text.
Another Victorian Porch has a before and a couple after pics and needs text.
A Gorgeous Bathroom will get a lot more pics and text.
The Victorian Bathroom has a long story behind it but the finished pics are up.
I found my other window and door replacement pictures so that is the most important next part of what will show up before school.
September 3, 2010
So right now it is after midnight so todays changes reflect what I finished as of Thurday night. I collected and organized all of my Lead abatement pictures. Over the Labor day weekend I will upload and post them to my
site.
The very good news right now is that with my site back up for only 16 days, I have had a total of 116 NEW visitors with a total of 319 views.
This basically means that peoploe visiting my site view 3 different pages.
Please feel free to e-mail me with comments.
I set up a new e-mail as well plastermasterNJ@aol.com
September 5, 2010
I fixed the pictures for lead abatement and re-uploaded them to the site so
between tonight and tomorrow, Labor Day, I will create the page called
"Lead Abatement" The most important page for school coming up. The
problem I had to fix was that the pics resolution were too high, making the pics not fully viewable on the site.
September 6, 2010
I have almost completed the Window & Door Replacement page.
Here are lead fact sheets and literature worth reading

I added a few more links at the bottom of my pages footer to navigate my site a bit easier.

September 20, 2010
286 visitors and 619 views. So this says that in 5 weeks time I am just about 1/2 way to my previous standing of 600 hits per month. I am impressed !
Wow ! What a week. The amounts of information I learned was overwhelming but I did pass the course with an 89% on the final and a 97% on the hands on training. I will be taking the State Certification Test in about two weeks time.
My first question was WHY WOULD A CHILD EAT LEAD PAINT CHIPS ???
And the answer was simple. LEAD TASTES SWEET.
September 23, 2010
312 visitors and 654 views.
October 11, 2010
478 visitors and 871 views. I have been busy preping for my final exam. Wednesday is my test date. Right now my site has been up for one week shy of
two months and the numbers are looking great.
October 24, 2010
638 visitors and 1,071 views. It's a few days past two months since I first launched
my site and the numbers of visitors are looking promising. Please do come back and look around. There is a wide variety of very interesting things to see; as well as
a lot of important information concerning lead.
And by the way, I took my state tests and passed them so I was busy the past two weeks. Now I am finalizing compiling what information I need to send to the state for my Licence and Identification as a trained, cretified lead inspector and risk assessor.
January 25, 2011
1560 visitors from August 18 to January 18 gives me an average of 510 visitors per month. That means I am only 90 visitors away from what I was getting at the peak
of my site visits before I managed to lose my website. I thank everybody for their
interest in my site. I have communicated with people as far away as Switzerland and I encourage everybody to send me e-mails with questions and pictures.
It has been three months since I last added any new information to my site and I do
have some updates to add. With the Holidays from Halloween (my fav.), Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years; of course family took presidence. The
cold weather and a lot of snow has had me busy shoveling and I was sick for a bit.
I am just about to send my information to the State to become a licenced Lead Inspector / Risk Assessor. I had some details to iron out so I was delayed in compiling the finalized packet but all of that is worked out and I may even mail out the packet tomorrow.
The biggest accomplishment in this New Year so far has been the completion of setting up my shop. This will be the first place I add new pictures and info to my site in the very near future.
November 11, 2011
I finally sent my information to the State to become a licenced Lead Inspector / Risk Assessor. I had some details to iron out so I was delayed in compiling the finalized packet. I am pleased to say that as of September 14th I am now a licensed Lead
Inspector / Risk Assessor in the State of New Jersey.
Again I had problems with my website due to myown mistakes. I commend Microsoft LIVE support for their patience and expertise in resolving my issue.
If you want to start a website and do not really know what you are doing let me tell you that mistakes can be catastrophic once your site get BIG and you lose access
to your materials. I recommend using Microsoft Live and keep all information backed up on paper.
Visitors from February 1 to October 31 gives me an average of 400 visitors per month. Although I am down from 510 per month I can safely attribute this drop directly to the fact that I have not made any changes to my site since January,2011.
January 2, 2012
I am currently seeking employment as a licensed Lead Inspector / Risk Assessor in the State of New Jersey, preferably in Union County where I reside.
IF you go to the webpage "My Work" you will find my background as well as a link to my work history. This is what I refer to as my resume which is by no means a
typical resume, but then again there is nothing typical about me. Thank You !!!
