Consider the fact that finding another individual who does what I can do may be extremely difficult.
 
I have been informed by one of my brother's who has been researching our family tree that I am a fourth generation contractor.
 
And speaking of that particular brother, he does mudjacking.  This is an extremely interesting business.  The most valuable factor I can think of is that when selling or buying a house and the sidewalk needs adjustment for an insurance company to insure the property, mudjacking can be the answer to fixing the sidewalk.  So here is his website.
