My preferred initial method of contact is here on the internet. I first prefer e-mail contact, and then we can chat on the phone. Currently I am pretty much limited to work in New Jersey or not too far out. I
absolutely charge for written estimates and I must know if the work needs to comply with Historical Society specifications. I will also check your local municipality for codes with respect to keeping within their guidelines for restorations. For example Plainfield is quite strict in certain limitations on what can and cannot be replaced.... such as windows, storms and screens. Also you will be made 200 % aware of lead compliance. I use hepa vac equipment and stringently comply to these codes.
