The overall width is 50 inches and the depth is 42 inches. The total height is 78 inches to keep it less than a doorway opening.

The entire structure is made out of 5/4 stock #2. The base can not be disassembled. Each of the 4 sides are just clamped together so it can be taken apart for transporting it to the job site.

The doors are the only part made from 3/4" #1 stock.

The floor is linoleum glued down to the plywood base.

Since this coop is being used indoors the top is just flat. If it were to be used outdoors I left enough play in the plywood to allow for a pitched top. Just in case.
.
You may notice that there is a second layer of loose linoleum that can be taken out for an easier clean up of the animal mess, since the bottom layer is glued.

The mesh is a fine 1/4" grid and stapled all around from the inside. To take this baby apart would mean unscrewing the four sides from each other.
